An easy walk. Slightly off the "beaten path" but still accessible via the sidewalks.
Parking can be something of a challenge in the area, but there are a number of other virtual caches in the area. Find a good parking spot (one that gives you at least an hour) or take the metro and plan on hitting several caches. I discovered this while searching for the geocache "I can see Lincoln". It is a nice memorial for local folks amongst all the national memorials.
