Legend has it that Royals have owned a property on this road for a number of years, but we have not been able to find any proof of this.
Whether they do or not, the view is certainly fit for a King - or Queen for that matter - and we thought it might be nice to share the view.....
This cache is located at near the start of one of the prettiest country drives that we have know of, and it doesn't matter what time of the year we travel this short stretch of road, we are always amazed at how scenic this area is.
You are best to approach this cache heading from Batlow towards Tumut, and please be careful when pulling into the small parking location & make sure you don't have a logging truck tail you down the hill. Attempting the cache from the opposite direction is not a good idea.
This cache is a your typical hardy container, and you will be required to scramble a little to make the find. There are a few blackberry bushes nearby, so don't go looking in the wrong spot!
Whilst it is essentially a quick cache to complete, take a little time to admire the view.
There are a few small swaps for the kids to keep them interested.
