Here's something you don't see every day. The sign for St. James Church states that it's for sale. I could not restrain my curiosity and drove in and parked.
There is a lot of parking (get it?) The parking lot is shared among the church, the fire station and SEPTA. There is no need to enter the cemetery. The cache is a little bigger than a film canister, and contains a generous $50 with U.S. Grant's distinguished portrait for FTF. That's all that would fit. Bring your own writing implement. I should not attempt this during the hours of darkness.
Don't worry about the hiding spot falling apart. Just push it back together as best you can when you're done.
