Geocache Description:

DFW Meetup Geocachers host the Dash for the Cache: Part 1- Parcel Pass
Date: August 3, 2011
Time: 7:00pm
Location (use coordinates or see hint)
Following dinner and the game, we will be visiting the cache "Backstage Pass" (GC2ZZQ4) by TexasGrillChef.

We will be having a "Parcel Pass" - also called "White Elephant Exchange". This one is for exchanging "pre-made caches, ready to hide".

We will be eating dinner (dutch) after the exchange.

HOW TO PLAY:
• Everyone brings an unwrapped cache (fully ready to hide, including log and swag if size appropriate)
• Upon arrival, place cache in unmarked plain paper bag (provided by hosts)
• When everyone has arrived, everyone draw numbers from a “hat”
• Person with #1 gets to select 1st parcel and open
• Person # 2 either opens a new parcel or “steals” the parcel from #1, if steals open parcel, person #1 can select a new parcel.
• All subsequent players can open a new parcel or steal any open parcel with the open parcel being replaced by stealing an open parcel or opening a new parcel. NOTE: An open parcel can only be stolen 3 times, and then it is frozen and cannot be stolen again. A parcel that is stolen cannot be immediately stolen back.

Phase 2 options to be discussed by the group after the exchange.

If you don't have the "makin's" for a cache - come anyway! We'll have some spares to cover those that forget or have never made one before and feeling "lost".

Thanks you to Drives and Drives Cache Closet (visit link) for the donation of DOOR PRIZES!!!!!
