This series set in Lilleshall is to celebrate 6months since we ventured into the wonderful world of Geocaching...the Griswalds n Dogs are 6months old!!!
I would like to take you on a walk i have enjoyed doing in the past with the elder Griswalds, the geokids and my trusty companions, my dogs. I love the surrounding countryside around Lilleshall and really hope that you do too.
Originally we bought a lot of clip n lock containers for this series but since getting inspiration from other caches we have found in England and Wales since we started in December 2010 we then scoured various charity shops and car boot sales to get some “different and unusual” cache containers to use alongside the tupperware.
I actually won one of the caches at an event I went to in North Wales recently….bonus points if you can guess which one it is!
Hopefully some of the cache containers might put smiles on your faces!! Some of them are very easy to find, while I hope there may be the odd one or two that may make you scratch your head!
The series can be done on foot or by bike if you are feeling adventurous-but please be aware there are some stiles enroute and a couple of fields so you may need to carry the bike for part of the way.
