Connecticut Avenue is the last of the light blue properties, and as such has slightly higher value than Oriental and Vermont Avenue. Due to to the lower odds of rolling a 9 than a 6 or 8, Connecticut is the least likely of the light blue properties to be landed on in the first turn. Happy caching.
