This frame building called Tiger Store - built in 1912, was both Post Office and Store. Now - it contains a great mini museum (including items from the 1906 Post Office and the 1912 Post Office, among other things), a small gift shop, cold drinks and snacks.
It is the South Gateway for the North Pend Oreille Scenic Byway. If you want to go into the museum - check out the website 'tigerhistoricalmuseum.org' for hours of operation.
