Geocache Description:

This cache was designed not for trading swag, but merely for enjoyment. Please do not take anything from or leave anything in the cache. There is no writing utensil, so BYOP.

The cordinates will get you into an artistic alley. If you look overhead you will see a large power transformer and many high voltage lines. These are not GPS friendly and may cause your location to vary as much as 40 to 50 feet. The high walls of the buildings will also block the satellite signals. If you are having trouble with your location, please check the hint. New York Avenue is the last of the orange properties and is one of the most landed on in the game. This is partly due to the "Go back 3 spaces." card and its proximity to the Jail Square. It has slightly higher values than its orange neighbors. The other orange properties are great, and this is no exception. Buy this one no matter what. Happy caching.
