Another in the Postbox Series - This one is a challenge because of the almost continual presence of many many muggles.

This one is really best done after business hours - i.e. before 07h00 or after 19h00.

Making a call on your cellphone may help to distract muggles.

No need to BYOP - there is a pencil in the cache.
