Keska vas zavede k ocelovému obloukovemu mostu pres reku Berounku v Dobrichovicich.
The cache will take you to the steel arch bridge over the River Berounka in the town of Dobrichovice.

Stavba puvodniho mostu na tomto miste (kousek od zameckeho privozu) zacala v cervenci 1896. Most byl dokoncen v srpnu 1897. Sestaval z peti piliru a zelezne konstrukce. Na vystavbu mostu prispel Cesky snem (33 000 zlatych), stat (10 000 zl.), okresni vybor (15 000 zl.) a zbytek hradila obec. 18. cervence 1897 byl most slavnostne vysvecen. Na zacatku mostu stal mytny domek, v nemz se vybiralo mytne.

Most pote fungoval neuveritelnych 93 let, az byl v roce 1990 kvuli havarijnimu stavu strzen a nahrazen jednosmernym vojenskym provizoriem.
V roce 1996 byl nakladem obce postaven novy ocelovy obloukový most na puvodnim miste s vyuzitim starych piliru. Obec na novem moste vybirala zpocatku mytne, ale Ustavni soud rozhodl, ze obec na takove vybirani poplatku nema pravo a zrusil obecni vyhlasku, ktera stanovovala vysi poplatku. Nepomohla ani argumentace, ze si obec postavila most za sve prostredky. Dobrichovice tak prisly o 1,5 mil Korun rocne, ktere se na mytnem vybiraly.
Na rozdíl od nedaleke lavky pro pesi, ktera byla pri katastrofalni povodni v roce 2002 zcela znicena, na nový most voda nedosáhla, jen plovoucí strom poskodil zábradlí. Voda protékala jen asi 60cm pod mostovkou.
Spolecne s nove postavenou lavkou pro pesi, patri dobrichovicky most k velmi zdarilym stavbam, na ktere muze byt mesto Dobríchovice pysne.
Hledejte krabku velikosti mezi `mikro` a `small` (7,5 x 6 x 1,5 cm). Posadte se a urcite ji snadno nahmatate. Vracejte ji presne na to same misto. Diky ;-).

The construction of the original bridge began in 1896 and the bridge was finished in August 1897. It consisted of five pillars and an iron construction.
At the beginning of the bridge there was a tolling house where tolls were collected. The bridge then worked unbelievable 93 years until it was torn down in 1990 due to its poor condition. It was replaced by a military one-way temporary bridge.
In 1996, in the same place a new steel arch bridge was built (using the old pillars). It survived unscathed the flood in 2002 during which the nearby footbridge was destroyed.
The bridge together with the new footbridge belongs to successful structures of the region.
Search for a can of the size of between 'micro' and 'small'. Sit down and you'll easilly find it by touch. Give it back to its exact place. Thanks :-).
