Hello Kitty Number Two Traditional Cache
Ninja Emery: DLNR has not been helpful or consistent with geocaches placed on public land. Due to the previous issues and unpleasantness resulting therefrom, I'm archiving this cache. Dumps is still one of the best snorkeling places on Maui, due to it being a Marine Reserve.

IS: We've had issues with rangers before, saying geocaching was the major cause of tourists becoming injured here. I and other cachers have removed caches before that lay along well-travelled routes. That said, I'm going to archive this because dealing with the rangers is not worth the struggle, especially when office-people become involved. That's all I want to say right now. I'm sorry.
WAS: A tricky walk along a narrow and rocky ledge, but the scenery is great. You can snorkel here too.
You've met Hello Kitty. Well here is Hello Kitty Number Two! You don't have to go onto the neighboring reserve. Park at Dumps and take the trail - do not go straight across per the GPS arrow. Unless you're snorkeling. I can't get down to remove this cache, so sneak out there and take it if you want.
