This cache is located in Hillside Park, not far from the Charles City Courthouse.

Charles City’s colonial-era courthouse was constructed in the 1750's and is one of only five courthouses in America that have been in continuous use for judicial purposes since before the Revolutionary War. Its walls have heard the voices of men like Benjamin Harrison V, a Signer of the Declaration of Independence, and John Tyler, the 10th President of the United States. Please check it out.

Hillside Park is a small picnic area located on the edge of Courthouse Creek below the Neighborhood Facility. It includes picnic tables, grills and a foot trail on 1.5 acres.

This cache is available during daylight hours only.

It is a bison and not a horse. However it is 16.2 hh (hands high).

Cache is placed with permission from Charles City County, Permit # 4.
