Dumbo09: I'm afraid I have to archive this one. The property has sold and the massive cottonwood tree the cache was hiding in has been taken out! The cache being archived doesn't bother me near as much as that wonderful monster of a tree being taken down!

Geocache Description:

Betty Kennelly remembers the Pacific 66 Station in Merritt, because she and her husband owned it. There are so many buildings missing, even from when I moved here only 36 years ago!

The cache is not on private land, even though it looks like it might be.
