Dambovita Bridges #5 Traditional Cache

This is the 5th cache of a series of 7 caches located along the Dambovita river. These caches are located at the pedestrian bridges and are meant to take you on a pleasant, easy and relaxing bike run along the river on a hot summer night. We recommend you to take this ride beginning with the first one and ending with "the Bomb".
Nearby once existed the Timpuri Noi factory. TIMPURI NOI was a main producer of compressors and the sole producer of small compressors in Romania. TIMPURI NOI used to produce compressors, diesel engines, spark ignition engines, and a large range of aggregates. TIM PURI NOI exported 21% of the company’s total turnover in 1999, almost all of which was destined to the German market. The company used to hold ISO 9002 certification granted by AFER. TIMPURI NOI had 782 employees and was located in Bucharest, Romania, close to the city center.
