On our vacation in Miami South Beach, we visit the South Pointe
Pier.
Here you've got a nice 360 view.
The Pier needs a Traditional Cache, because it's a nice place, we
think.
The D Rating is 2.5 ..... Muggles 
The T Rating is 2.5 ..... go down to the rocks, sometimes you can
see some beautiful fishes.
