baggiewhite: Sad to archive this cache as I placed it in 2011 not long after I first started caching, but at the time I lived across the road and it was easy to maintain.

I am no longer local, so have decided to archive the cache and open up the space for someone else.

Geocache Description:

A short walk into the woods near Wimblebury via the Public Footpath.

The original Wimblebury Woods cache kept getting muggled, so this one is in a different location, it was originally PMO to keep it safe, but have decided to take a gamble and release it to the wider community.

On the outskirts of the woods there are some great views and if you are lucky you may see some deer.

The entrance to the woods is at the junction of Wimblebury Road, John Street and Brickworks Road, but please park a short walk away as this is a very busy junction and parking too close or on the brow of the hill in John Street could be dangerous.

There is a pull in near a gate on the left hand side of the woods that will take one car.

You're looking for a small round cache, unfortunately this isn't large enough for any goodies, but the FTF Prize will make it easy for the FTF'er to find, you will need to bring your own pen.
