This cache is 22km from the Trans Labrador Highway. Bobby's pond is a popular swimming area, near Port Hope Simpson. The Road is being upgraded, you should use a truck or SUV to get in there until the ens of the summer.
You're looking for a Bison tube. It's just a short walk down the beach, look for a clump of Birch trees, at the end of the beach.
