This is a Geocache of the new series "Dolomitensupercaches" which
are placed at top spots of the dolomites.
This one is at the top of Tofana di Mezzo (3244m) and can be
reached in several ways... Please be aware that the coordinates
are not exact - follow the normal ways to the summit of Tofana di
Mezzo!!
the easiest and fastest one is with cable car from cortina
d'ampezzo and then doing a short hike (5 Minutes). The most scenic
and adventurous way is taking
Via Ferrata Olivieri to the top of Tofana di Mezzo.
But be aware that the Via ferrata is classified as very
difficult (grade D) and you need special gear as via-ferrata-set,
harness and helmet!
