You will be in search of a camo preform tube with only room for a
log, BYOP.
Located in Lakewood Forest Preserve; Good Parking at N42 15.310

Lakewood Forest Preserve was one of the Lake County Preserves in
which in did a lot of my early caching and seem to come back to
regularly to find new hides. It was in Lakewood where I learned
to:
1. Stay on the trail until the last possible minute before
bushwhacking
2. Look up if it not obviously on the ground or in a tree
3. Set your GPSr down and let it settle down if under tree
cover
4. Bring plenty of bug spray
5. Find micros in the wood
6. Appreciate the deer that seem to know why you are there and just
stare at you
7. Appreciate the many nice forest preserves we have in Lake
County.
This cache is hidden as tribute to this nice area and the many
caches hidden by the Cowcutter1, cachyew, littlepig, Mr. Charlie
and others in Lakewood. Although there are many caches here, let's
hope there will always be room for one more.
