This cache is part of It's a Fizzy Day Event. This is another Welcome to Polk City on the other side of town. No sidewalk to the cache. But, plenty of parking is nearby. If you are not having much luck at the event, then this is the cache for you.

Part of It's A Fizzy Day Event. This Welcome to Polk City is located in a popular place. So, you will need to use some stealth at certain times of the year.
