After-market auto part retailers have been helping home mechanics get needed parts for vehicle repairs and modifications since the early 1900s. Although this area is frequented by a lot of very handy fix-it persons parking within a short walk of the cache location should not be a problem, but do not park at the coordinates unless you fit the proper classification. However, with a year-round Muggle factor stealth WILL certainly be necessary to retrieve/replace this cache which is large enough for some small Travel Bug® items and Geocoins.
Asking store staff for help may provide the wrong kind of help desired. Store employees don't know where it is or they wouldn't keep telling people that it was stolen even though it's there in it's resting place every time I check it.
