This is is a simple park and grab if you can find a parking spot nearby. Easiest to get to on bike and easy find on the guardrail by Brooklyn Bay.

You are looking for a sandwich bag covered duct tape.
Has its own pencil already. If you have coins you do not want, here is a good cache for them.
Please leave magnet in pouch.
