As they say, this is where "the pavement ends, and the west begins"... No, really, the pavement Does end.
Beyond here lays a bountiful countryside with constantly changing terrain and climates. Canyons, mountains, streams and desert are just a few of the landscapes that you can encounter. You can see many types of wildlife, not just including cows and horses, but pronghorn antelope, chuckar, foxes, and a number of other reptiles and birds. You can travel for days and not see another person.
