This cache is at the posted coords.You will find it about 40 ft off the path in Cook Park enter from the river side off the bark path. A bit of bushwacking may be required.
Please observe park hours dawn to dusk.

THE LOGGING REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ONE ARE SIMPLE.
First you must find 25 state post office abbreviations (see related web site) that are in the GC numbers of caches you may have found.
For this challenge you can only use the 50 US states and not the territories.
This cache can not be used as one.
For example this cache's GC number is GC30TXM. It has the PO abbreviation for Texas in it TX.
You may use 1 for I or L , 0 for O , 5 for S and V for U.
This is the first of 3 in this challenge to be put out.
Just bookmark your 25 finds and go get it.
