Geocache Description:

This cache is NOT in the middle of the road

Bishop's Way: 7-9 mile walk through Ely, Chettisham and Little Downham along medieval lanes.

This cache is placed on the outskirts of little Downham where Fox’s drove crosses Downham road. If you don’t take this shortcut and head into little Downham there are several grade listed buildings to visit throughout the village including the Grade I listed mediaeval Church of St Leonard’s that dates from the 13th century and Grade II listed Bishop’s Palace.

Most of the route follows grassy droves which can become very muddy in the winter.
