An easy cache on the way UP to Big Bear
There is a small turnout on the way up to Big Bear. This is actually the old City Creek rd. before they built the new highway 330. The two roads cross paths multiple times. It is interesting how narrow the original road was. If you view it in Google Maps, you will see quite a bit of it is left.
The cache is a very short walk and fairly easy to find. Please hide as well or better when you are finished.
Always be aware of traffic on the highway.
Also note that if you park any where along the highway once you enter the San Bernardino National Forest, you should have an adventure pass.
