This should be an easy GRC
The dump is right around the corner. When I moved to Monmouth, I went to town hall to get a dump pass. The lady there said,"We don't have a dump!" "We have a transfer station!" "We recycle!" I call it a dump. This cache won't bring you to the dump, but you can pick it up on your drive through the area. It should be an easy pick-up. Good luck!
