Parking at N56 01.304 W4 41.062. Please remember to keep the gate clear for access. Their is enough room for at least 2 cars plus parking for 1 across the road, this is a busy road so please be careful if crossing.
Follow the track up to the cache sight, once at the cache sight you can go off to the right and walk up ben bowie or walk up to the small hill just off the track and see the pine tree that is decorated with tinsel at christmas time, ( this is where i wanted to place the cache to show you the tree but thought it would get muggled easy) once on the small hill you can see views of Loch Lomond. This walk is popular with dog walkers and joggers. The walk up to the cache takes about an hour there and back. For the more enthusiastic Ben Bowie offers views of the clyde and Loch Lomond but not an ideal walk for young children due to the terrain.
