The cache is near the Sam H. Hobbs Water Treatment Plant. Use stealth when entering/exiting cache location. Please place cache back in original location. The cache is on Bloomington park land. BYOP!
There is parking nearby on city streets or at the water treatment plant. Coordinates checked with 3 GPS devices (hopefully they are close).
