The cache is a prescription bottle placed in an old cemetery in Athens that you probably won't even find on a map. Contains a log and a couple of small items. Bring your own pen.
Rod came across this old cemetery some time ago during hunting season. He thought of it when we were trying to come up with places to put a cache. I was apprehensive about him driving my 2-wheel drive car up the road that looked like a logging road, but it turned out to be fine. We didn't know the name of the cemetery so we called it The Lost Cemetery. Based on some online research after we got home, I think it is known as the West Athens Cemetery, although we were not able to find it on a map. We saw several stones with death dates in the 1790s, but also a few that were not that old. I think the newest we noticed was from 2008. It looks like the town has recently done some work here.
