Windy Miller
Windy Miller lives in Colly's Mill, in the small, picturesque village of Camberwick Green, Trumptonshire. He is very good at walking between the turning sails and is known for brewing his own cider, which makes him very 'sleepy'.
Windy was looking out his window one day admiring the view, wondering what to do.
Suddenly he had a brilliant idea - now wouldn't it be a great if he could hide some caches at each of the modern turbines up on the hill. He decided to do a whole trail of them across the hillside giving cachers a lovely walk.
Chuffed with his idea and as it was a quiet still summers day, with not a cloud in the sky, not a bit of wind to grind any corn, Windy decided it was fine conditions to set off for his walk.
With a pocket full of nano's Windy soon climbed up the shafts of the turbines and carefully placed a magnetic container on the very tips of one sail on each windmill.
Windy felt very proud of his achievement, and, in the hot sun, he sat down and consumed a large amount of his homemade cider - resulting in him falling fast asleep.
In his sleep he started to whistle, and as all you young children know, when Windy starts to whistle it summons the wind which turns the sails.
Soon there was a nice breeze and the sails started to turn, but Windy was still fast asleep.
He carried on whistling, his tune getting faster and faster, the sails turned quicker and quicker, wind howling now around the turbines. The sails were turning around so fast that the micro's he had attached flew off and carried for miles and miles until with a Plop, they landed in the North sea.
As the sun began to set, Windy woke up, having completely forgotten about his geocaching trip and walked back down the hill to his windmill to to grind some oats ready for his breakfast.
Nobody knows if he ever took up the hobby again or if he has still completely forgotten about it, but even today, Reviewers get sent coordinates for caches or parking in the north sea - I wonder if it was Windy?
