Swansea Mega Memories Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Preseli: It is with regret and a heavy heart I have to archive this cache - it was a tall ask, but I had hoped this would have lasted a whole day!

Had really hoped that the Recorder/TB would have turned up by now, but as it hasn't the whole experiment has gone to pot.

Sorry to all who left wonderful greetings on the recorder. It is a shame that they are lost.

Fingers crossed that the recorder is one day discovered and returned!

Thank you all who took part!

Preseli

Geocache Description:

A fairly easy cache and dash on the seafront at Swansea with nearby parking.

The cache is on Swansea's "Prom Fitness Trail". You can try the free fitness machines as you cache!

The recorder that was in this cache has been taken from the cache at about 2pm-3pm on 'Mega Sunday', mistakes can happen and if you find that you have the recorder in your possession, brilliant, drop me a note via the link to my profile above, or write a note on this cache page so I can arrange its return.
So many people left messages in the hope that they would make it into the promised PODCAST that it is a shame if they never see the light of day.

The cache is a peach jar with a few small trades in it.

The cache contains a log book, but you also have the option of leaving an 'audio' log of your visit to Swansea.

We would love it if you could record your memories of your visit to Swansea at this cache.

At a later date we hope to publish podcasts of the memories left by finders of this cache.

NB by making a recording, you are granting permission for us to use that log as part of a future podcast!

Note I understand there is a tribute nearby to "Swansea Jack", I have not found it myself, but I am reassured it is well worth a visit. Also, if you visit Swansea Museum there are a few artefacts there that are linked to "Jack" such as his collar etc! Thank you to Cloudspotter for pointing this out!

Congratulations! FTF to:- The Pacman Clan
