Geocache Description:

A short 2 stage multi-cache located in the small town of Lafontaine.

The french presence in Lafontaine began in the early 1600's when french explorer's arrived. To complete this 2 stage multi cache you will need to find some information off the sign and fill in values to find the final coordinates. The final cache is located close by and stealth is required at times as
this can be a very high muggle area depending on when you visit.
Parking is available right beside the starting coordinates.

A = the year Metis Voyageurs arrived from Drummond Island.
B = the year French explorers first arrive in Lafontaine.
C = A-B
D = The year Saint-Croix was established.
E = The year that the presence of fur-traders, soldiers and missionaries continued to.
F = D-E
G = C x 3 - 102
H = F ÷ 2 + 8 x 2

Cache is a small lock & lock container wrapped in brown duct tape. Holds a log and small items for trade. Please remember to bring your own pen. Good Luck!
