Geocache Description:

Come join the CSRA Geocachers for lunch and some Geocaching.

It's the 1st Annual International Geocaching Day Event!

On August 20th, 2011 Groundspeak will be celebrating the inaugural International Geocaching Day!
Groundspeak has announced this day will be recognized on the 3rd Saturday of every August and will be awarding a souvenir for finding a cache or attending an event on this special day.

The "CSRA Geocachers" will be Celebrating this new Geocaching Holiday.
We are starting with a luncheon at Mi Rancho's(the posted coordinates)
at 11:30AM.
Reservations under "Holmes".



We will be introducing a new CSRA Series "Ground Constellation" named
"The CSRA Constellation".
This series involves Multiples within a Multiple.
*Further information will be given at the luncheon.


In astronomy, an Asterism is a pattern of stars recognized in the night sky.
It may form part of an Constellation in a dot-to-dot stick-figure pattern.
This Asterism/Constellation is not in the night sky,
but on the ground in the pattern of "C.S.R.A."
Event Prize ~ "Planisphere Geocoin"

Must be present to win.


This Series is dedicated to Geocaching and
The 1st Annual International Geocaching Event,
if completed will involve approximately 10 miles of geocaching.

**NOTE: Astronomers use telescopes to look at stars
Geocachers use binoculars to look at cache points.
