Chwiliwr: After making the trip to relocate CPS-21 the Better Half and I found that there were other unreported maintenance issues, missing containers and moved ground zero's for the rest of the caches of this series in Whiteman Park. (Makes some find logs very suspect.)
As a result retraced our path and removed all containers and am now archiving the caches.
