This park is where the WBL Medallion was hid in 2009. The 'Reference' waypoint listed is the actual location. I was unable to hide the cache there, since it was too close to another cache.
I was searching right next to this spot when another guy pulled it out and yelled "I found it! This is the second time I have found the White Bear Lake medallion". Bummer......I was real close.
Beware of muggles. There will be plenty!!!!!
