He's Got the whole world in his hands...HAD Traditional Cache

I have not been able to find the story of this statue, but I do know that it used to be holding a globe of sorts that for many years simply sat in pieces on the ground behind him.

Those pieces were cleaned up in 2019, so the statue looks even more mysterious these days. There is no need to lift or climb. Though the cache container has changed over the years and may be more of a 4 or even a 4.5. But changing the D level wouldn't be kind to the Fizzy charts those who have already found it.
