Terrain is un-level in places and is in an area, that might need a little discretion, looking for the Cache. Grass should not be too long and Cache should be easily retreived.
Do not go near the young pine trees, AS THE Cache IS not IN/ON ONE OF THEM.
The owner of this land is aware of the two caches, as he asked me to place them. I told him I was way beyond my 100 mile limit for placing a cache from my home coords IN Iowa. He asked me to try to get it approved, and then promised me that he and his GeoCaching Brother would watch them and take care of them..
The cache might be a little too high for a wheel-chair bound Geocacher and/or for children, though they both could be there when found.
The terrain might be a hinderance to a wheel chair OR a stroller.
The container is a waterproof match holder, so please BYOP.
