There are no obsticles, except muggles to obtaining this cache. Muggles are more likely in the late afternoon and evening, and on weekends. There is no reason to climb any fences or walls. Please respect the post home.
Many cachers are veterans, so it just seemed natural that there should be a series of caches located where veterans are found.
You can't remove the cache from it's location and you will need to bring your own pen.
You may want to show the kids the military hardware.
