Located in a small pullout on Highway 3A. It is easier to pull into if travelling toward Nelson, but a bit hard to see when travelling in this direction. Take care pulling into this area from either direction. No need to go down the bank to find this one.
While this is the third in our "Stump" series, the stumpie has grown up a little! Enjoy the beautiful view, read some interesting local history on the turbine, and if the weather is right, pick some yummy cherries too!
