This cache is part of the worldwide Condor series - dedicated to aircrew members spending the days far away from home.
It`s the first physical cache on Playa Bavaro. This one is an easy one to pick up. Just take a walk along the beach and grab the film canister.
Watch for the beach guards and try to keep the cache secret.
On the right hand side you can see the Astron shipwreck. She ran aground during a storm in April 1978, while delivering 60t of corn to Cuba. It was a Russian owned freighter built in France in 1957 and it was 120m long. You can visit it by scuba diving. The water is only about 16 meters deep. (source wikipedia)
