Another geocache originally created by wackydo . . . and now maintained by yours truly. This is a nice spot to stop along scenic Cliff Drive and enjoy the filtered views of Jamison Valley. Very close to famous 'Echo Point' . . .
Cliff Drive is a spectacular Blue Mountains roadway that takes you right along the cliff edges between Katoomba and Leura. There are lookouts positioned all along Cliff Drive, and whether you stay in your car or get out to stand at the lookouts, you'll enjoy some great perspectives in this majestic area. Sorry, but you'll have to pay for vehicle parking around the Echo Point (Three Sisters) Lookout, but just near this particular park the free parking zone begins, and from there it's only a short walk to Silver Mist GZ and legendary Echo Point. Silver Mist Reserve is a quiet, pretty park that has picnic tables and is often overlooked, because the plentiful trees partially block the view out over the Jamison Valley. Great place for a geo-family picnic, though. You're looking for a small plastic Sistema container.
