Geocache Description:

August 31st will be two years to the day since we found
our first cache right here in Cottage Lake Park.
So, now it is time to party (again)!

Looking for a good way to enjoy getting out of the house and into nature, we started goecaching. It has been a great two years and we have gone on so many hikes and outdoor adventures! Geocaching has given us everything we were hoping for.

However, it has also given us something wonderful we never expected... A great opportunity to meet a bunch of fun new people. We never imagined geocaching would provide us so many new friends and opportunities to get to know such a diverse and interesting group.

So, what better way to celebrate another great year of geocaching than by having an Event Cache. Everyone is invited!! It will be a great chance to catch up with cachers we already know as well as meet new ones. Please come and Party With TheScottFamilyFive.
  • Why: Because it is fun to hang out as a big group of geocachers!
  • Where: At the posted coords! Cottage Lake Park.
  • When: Starting at 6:30pm till around 8:00pm (Wednesday 8/31)
  • What: We will provide some beverages, cake and ice cream (we have kids; you can't party without cake and ice cream). We will also bring some Frisbees, trackball and the like.
