An easy drive by, accessible any time of day. The cache is not on the pipeline and and you will have no need to cross the fence line.
We have had reports of an angry muggle harassing geocachers at this cache. This cache is on public property and the public are more then welcome to the area. Please remember to be polite to him until we work out the issue.
You find many strange things while on a drive, we pulled up to this spot to rest our legs and saw the perfect opportunity to place a cache.
