A beach park in NW Tacoma, flat terrain, good trails, fairly well hidden under leaves.
As a famous Tropical singer once wrote: "Seen the false horizon, fade away like bisons. Headed for the jungle, the cowboy can't endure...Never look back, that's what he swore,
I'll take my pony to the shore, Somewhere...somewhere..."
While this beach isn't tropical, the cache contains tropical
items. Loaded to the gills in a standard ammo box it contains:
A tropical logbook with both pen and pencil
Disposable camera (please point, click a shot of your smiling face or group and leave for the next person.
Also when the last pic is snapped, please include that on
the web log and I'll go fetch it and post them)
A parrot pen to write down otherwise forgotten song lyrics
A set of earplugs to drown out party-poopers whining
Hot wheels cars for beach cruising
A package of tropically colored mechanical pencils
A pineapple serving dish
A bottle of genuine Hawaiian moisturizer
A small pocket knife for slicing limes
A couple of flower leis
A tropical fish hanging honeycomb decoration
A package of 3-D parrot confetti
A Corona bead necklace
A pack of playing cards for those lazy afternoons on the beach.
A package of little paper umbrellas for your boat drinks.
Assorted other stickers, confetti, etc.
Found it? Whew! All that tromping around calls for the
best Cheeseburger in Paradise I've ever had. It's at:
N 47° 14.058 W 122° 30.264 We have no connection to the
little joint, other than spiritual.
Have FUN from Washington Parrothead, quietly making noise.
