The cache is not at the listed coordinates. It is actually about 10meters to the north from the coord.
A cache is placed near Flower Clock at San'nomiya City Office.
If I remember correctly, there used to be a cache by Mr. kaname that had been lost when I came here to search. Then soon after that, Mr. yaroujidai placed one here which I was able to find. It is just unfortunate that both of them have been archived and unavailable.
A micro cache is placed again in this charming area with a flower clock and a totem pole. As has been the case in the past, you have to be very careful about the muggles around you when searching this cache.
