San Fruttuoso Nord
San Fruttuoso, borgo di pescatori all'interno del Parco Naturale di Portofino, incastonato in una profonda insenatura.
San Fruttuoso è raggiungibile esclusivamente via mare o a piedi da vari punti di partenza, come per esempio Camogli, San Rocco, Ruta, Portofino Vetta, Nozarego, Portofino o Paraggi attraverso la rete di sentieri molto curata e ben segnata

Con i due waypoint Parking, vi indichiamo due delle varie possibilità di accesso:
P1: Da Portofino Vetta (parcheggio gratis)
P2: Da San Rocco (parcheggio a pagamento, ammessi anche i Camper)
Il cache si trova sopra il borgo, cioè lungo la "direttissima" che scende da Pietre Strette.
Noi, per piazzare il cache, abbiamo fatto seguente percorso: San Rocco - Gaixella - Pietre Strette - San Fruttuoso in ca. 75 minuti. Stesso percorso al ritorno in ca.100 minuti in quanto in salita, mentre da Portofino Vetta è leggermente più corto
Questa passeggiata risulta piuttosto agevole anche in estate visto che lunghi tratti sono ombreggiati e vi sono vari punti per rifornirsi di acqua potabile.
Per chi volesse evitare parte della camminata, vi è la possibilità di raggiungere San Fruttuoso per vie marittime
1) da Recco o da Camogli: Trasporti Marittimi Turistici Golfo Paradiso
2) da Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure o Portofino: Servizio Marittimo del Tigullio
Potete anche abbinare passeggiata e battello: Parcheggiare l'auto a San Rocco. Andata a piedi attraverso il sentiero San Rocco-Gaixella-Pietre Strette-San Fruttuoso. Ritorno da San Fruttuoso in battello fino a Punta Chiappa e da lì a piedi sul sentiero Punta Chiappa-San Nicolò-San Rocco (45 min)
A San Fruttuoso nella sua bellissima e incantevole baia potete semplicemente fare il bagno, mangiare in uno dei ristorantini direttamente in riva al mare o visitare L'Abbazia, La Torre Doria o in barca il Cristo degli Abissi.

San Fruttuoso is accessible only by boat or on foot through the network of well-tended and well-marked paths from several points of departure, such as Camogli, San Rocco, Ruta, Portofino Vetta , Nozarego, Portofino and Paraggi

With the parking-waypoints, we indicate two of the various options to start the hike:
P1: from Portofino Vetta (free of charge)
P2: from San Rocco (with costs, also mobilehomes are admitted)
The cache is located just above the village, i.e. on the path that descends from Pietre Strette (Narrow Stones).
When placing the cache, we chose the following track: San Rocco – Gaixella - Pietre Strette -San Fruttuoso in approx.. 75 minutes. Heading back we chose the same path, approximately 100 minutes since uphill. Starting at Portofino Vetta the walk gets a bit shorter
This walk is fairly easy even in the summer as great sections are in the shade of the trees and there are several points to stock up on drinking water.
For those who do not want to have to do such a walk, there's the possibilty to access San Fruttuoso from the sea:
1) from Recco or from Camogli: Trasporti Marittimi Turistici Golfo Paradiso
2) from Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure o Portofino: Servizio Marittimo del Tigullio
In this case, our suggestion would be to combine walking and ferry boat: You could park your car at the parking lot in San Rocco (also motorhomes are admitted, 9€/day) , follow the path to San Fruttuoso passing Gaixella and Pietre Strette, and return from San Fruttuoso by boat to Punta Chiappa and walk back up to San Rocco passing San Nicolò. (45 min)
At San Fruttuoso’s beautiful and charming bay you can go for a swim, eat at one of the small restaurants on the beach or visit the Abbey, the Doria Tower or by boat the statue of Christ of the Abyss.

San Fruttuoso ist ausschliesslich zu Fuss oder uebers Meer erreichbar, zu Fuss von Camogli, San Rocco, Ruta, Portofino Vetta, Nozarego, Portofino oder Paraggi ausgehend über ein gut erhaltenes und gekennzeichnetes Netz von Wanderwegen:

Mit den Parkplatz-Waypoints weisen wir auf zwei der moeglichen Startpunkte hin:
P1: von Portofino Vetta (kostenlos)
P2: von San Rocco (kostenpflichtig, auch Wohnmobile erlaubt)
Der Cache liegt oberhalb des Dorfes, also auf dem Wanderweg, welcher von Pietre Strette direkt hinunter führt.
Um den Cache zu verstecken, sind wir folgenden Weg gelaufen: San Rocco - Gaixella - Pietre Strette - San Fruttuoso in ca. 75 Minuten. Gleicher Rückweg in ca.100 Minuten da Bergauf Von Portofino Vetta ausgehend, ist die Wanderung ein wenig kürzer..
Dieser Spaziergang sollte auch im Sommer relativ leicht machbar sein da ein Grossteil der Strecke im Schatten liegt und man an einigen Stellen Trinkwasser auffüllen kann.
Für diejenigen, die die Wanderung umgehen moechten, gibt es die Moeglichkeit, San Fruttuoso mit einem kleinen Schiff zu erreichen

Option für diejenigen, die Wanderung und Bootsfahrt kombinieren moechten: Parken in San Rocco, Hinweg zu Fuss über den Wanderweg San Rocco - Gaixella - Pietre Strette - San Fruttuoso. Rückweg von San Fruttuoso nach Punta Chiappa mit dem Boot und dann von dort aus wieder zu Fuss über den Wanderweg Punta Chiappa - San Nicolò - San Rocco (ca 45 Min)
In San Fruttuoso mit seiner malerischen Bucht koennt Ihr einfach an den Strand gehen und baden, in einem der kleinen Restaurants direkt am Meer essen oder (kostenpflichtig) die Abtei, den Doria-Turm, oder per Boot den Cristo Degli Abissi besichtigen.
