 L’Antica strada Regina che si snodava sulla sponda occidentale del lago, collegava Como ai passi alpini. Il tracciato di questa strada regia romana costeggiava la riva, talvolta coincidente e spesso parallela all’attuale strada. Seguiamo qui un tratto ben conservato dell’antica strada, che porta da Nobiallo (frazione di Menaggio) con stupende vedute del lago e delle montagne, al nucleo storico di Rezzonico. A Rezzonico si trova una delle rare fortificazioni ben conservate del lago.
 The Regina street that wound on the western shore of Lake Como connected to the Alpine passes. The layout of this Roman road ran along the bank director, sometimes coinciding and often parallel to the existing road. We follow here a well preserved stretch of ancient road leading from Nobiallo (fraction of Menaggio) with stunning views of the lake and mountains, the historic heart of Rezzonico. Rezzonico is situated in one of the rare well-preserved fortifications of the lake.
