Did you know there is a park in Northgate? Now there's a cache, too.

UPDATE 12/11/11: Went by to check on this one again. Missing. I replaced -but not another ammo box -those must be popular for muggles! Now a camoed plastic jar.
In March 2007, College Station City Council approved a contract to purchase .80 of an acre located in the Northgate area from Dr. Clarence Branning Johnson and his wife Leslie C. Randolph. This became the first park in Park Zone 1. Although it is still undeveloped, it supports a variety of birds and other wildlife that can be seen and heard as you make your way to the cache. The day I checked out a spot for the cache, an owlet kept a keen eye on me from the underbrush.
If you experience difficulty with your GPS, just expand your search a bit...it's there.
After signing the log and replacing the cache, you can indulge in an adult beverage not far from GZ if you are so inclined. There are lots of places from which to choose!
