How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Today's word is.....

Plumb (plum) adv : To a complete degree, absolutely; completely; totally. "I was plumb wore out after work today." or "I plumb forgot to lay the squash out of the freezer for dinner tonight."

The great thing about geocaching is that not only is it fun, but it can also be educational! As a service to our yankee friends who are transplanted here or who are just passing through, I bring you the Country Grammar series. Each cache in this series will present a new word from the Southernese language. For extra credit, try to work the word into your log entry. If you run into a muggle while at this cache, use the words you learn here and they will think you are one of them. The only way to become fluent is to put these words to use!

Easy park and grab on this one. Bring a pen. Use your own geocaching common sense at all times.
